Selection

Selecting relevant data for the ASePP system is an automated process where the data is inspected and cleaned from redundant information. The data cleansing and selection process detects and corrects corrupt and inaccurate records from the established data set. When identifying incomplete and inaccurate data there is a possibility of correcting and modifying it to fit the system. In this process doubles of the exact same information are erased, and similarities are linked together in the registry.

Structuring & Verification

The structuring process is both translating the data for the profiling system, and translating the language to English using automated services. The data is checked for inconsistencies and is transformed to fit the registry of the whole data set of the particular search. The data structuring is designed for efficient use of different text based information inputs. After structuring the data set, a verification procedure is done where the data is checked again. It helps to determine whether data was accurately translated, is complete, and support processes in the profiling system. During verification, there is a test run of the profiling system to identify areas of disparity and forestall erroneous data loss. The data is also verified and cross-checked to be able to determine the accuracy of correspondence between digital data and physical person. Errors in identifying the specific person is corrected.

The Structuring & Verification procedure are supervised by experts at Acidon. When the data is forwarded to the profiling system, complications or uncertainties are communicated to a human recipient , and are verified manually to be able to retain the highest quality.
