acidon secure personal profiling - collection

Gathering process

When searching information about a subject person the gathering process begins in a wide scope, with collecting all the necessary data available
. Today everyone leaves digital traces of their activities and most of this activity data is stored. The information is stored in different digital and geographical locations, by several private or public institutions and companies. With customized software applications, corporate knowledge and legal agreements, this information is available to Acidon’s ASePP-system. The bulk of data collected will look different from case to case, but with the right utilization tools and mining software, comparable information is extracted. People with extensive digital habits are more easy to receive information about, and in such cases the search time can be reduced to a minimum.

Data warehousing

Acidon’s repository of electronically stored data is designed to facilitate advanced reporting and analysis. From here the data is retrieved and loaded for the other applications in the ASePP system. The data warehousing index system is a precise tool to get the correct information later in the search process.

For increased accuracy ASePP is using searches from multiple engines. From general ones like Google and Bing, and from national specific and topic-based engines like: LexixNexis, Spock and Yahoo Finance etc. The multiple searches are cross-referenced using several variations of key-words.
All search engines stores information about the queries that are made with their system, and usually who performed the search. Acidon uses some of the larger search engines for information retrieval.
Social medias constitute a substantial source of  personal information about frequent internet users. ASePP gathers information from all the larger social media sites. For closer investigations the use of  ASePP Avatars are used occasionally.
Social media sites and companies are storing information about their users continuously. This information is retrieved with applications scanning social media services.
Public monitoring services is either for subscription or single searches. They keep track of recent events, such as media and business news concerning the investigated subject.
Monitoring service software is usually deployed for private or corporate use, within organizations etc. Acidon has agreements with some of the developers of monitoring software. If required the ASePP system deploys tracking cookies for specific targeted use.
